formerly of The Strand, Athlone.
Joan died on March 11th 2025, peacefully at Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her sons Ciaran and Colin, parents, brothers and younger sister.
Joan will be sadly missed by her loving husband Tommy, sons, Derek, Thomas and Jonathan, daughters, Catriona and Dawn, grandchildren, Evan, Sean, Ci, Kaylin, Adam, Leah and Rian, sons-in-law, Dave and Tony, daughter-in-law Sharon, sisters, Moira, Ita and Evelyn, nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends and neighbours.
May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Joan will repose at Banagher Community Centre (R42 FP74) on Thursday evening (March 13th) from 5pm to 7pm.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning (March 14th) at 10am in St. Rynagh's Church, Banagher. and may be viewed on http://www.cloghanbanagherparish.ie Also broadcast locally on Church Radio 106.6FM.
A private Family Cremation will take place later.
